Musicality's After School "Happy Place" Hang-Out

Welcome to Musicality's Happy Place Hangout, where fun, creativity, and learning come together after school! Our program offers a safe and nurturing environment for children to unwind, explore, and grow. We provide a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, homework help, and engaging games, all led by our dedicated staff.

Each day, children will enjoy a snack and receive assistance with homework, allowing them to relax while staying productive.  Each week we will feature special music and art sessions led by one of our talented instructors, offering children the chance to explore their creativity and talents.

With hours from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, parents can trust that their child will be in a supervised and positive space. Our program is open to children who attend the Gardendale school system, with convenient bus transportation directly to our location.

Musicality's Happy Place Hangout Policies

Cost: $25 registration fee due at sign up
$100/week ($400 due  by auto draft on the first of each month )
or $100 a month (reoccurring one day a week, due on the first  of each month)

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Late Pickup Policy: A $10 charge will apply for every 10 minutes late. Parents must contact the director in advance if they anticipate a late pickup.

Program Features:

Snack & Homework Help: A light snack will be provided, and staff will assist with homework as needed.

Activities & Crafts: Planned activities, including arts and crafts, will be available for all children.

Safe & Supervised Environment: We ensure that all children are in a secure, well-supervised space for the duration of the program.

Special Music & Art Sessions: Weekly, one of our very own instructors will lead a special session focused on music and art to inspire creativity and expression.

Drop-off Policy:

Parents are responsible for arranging the drop-off of their children at the program.

For families in the Gardendale School System, a bus will drop off children at our location.

Communication:

Parents must inform the program director in advance if there are any changes to their child’s pickup time or arrival.
